OUR HISTORY
Creative Modular Construction (CMC) is a leading building manufacturer based in Springfield, MO, known for its innovative and unique approach to modular construction. Founded as Architectural Design Concepts (“ADC”), specializing in high-end, detailed building exteriors and focusing on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Through this, ADC quickly established a reputation as a reliable and creative company.
Over the years, ADC continued to grow and expand, taking on increasingly ambitious projects that showcased the company’s expertise and technical skill. Some of ADC’s most notable projects include the building exteriors at Wonders of Wildlife, the MSU Welcome Center, and Joplin High School, among others.

Design Assistance
Our team provides design assistance starting with an initial consultation. We aim to help you make design decisions and material choices that fit the project and the budget to allow you to save money and create unique designs.
In-House Fabrication
Our team offers in house fabrication of nearly every part of each building including custom panel systems, sun shading, attachment systems, etc… This allows for a high level of personalization and attention to detail.
Direct-to-Client Workflow
Our team works directly with Franchisee owners to expedite the building process and provide high performing complete buildings in a fraction of time compared to traditional constrution.
7BREW / CMC PARTNERSHIP
Since 2020, CMC has partnered with Rogers, AR-based 7Brew Coffee as the exclusive building manufacturer for the rapidly expanding chain. The partnership was a significant milestone for CMC, as it allowed the company to demonstrate its modular construction capabilities on a larger scale. Currently, CMC and 7Brew Coffee open roughly one locations per week–soon expanding to two–an impressive feat made possible by CMC’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer service.
